    The Bear River offers excellent fishing and water activities including kayaking, rafting, and tubing.
    Cemetery
    The Evanston City Cemetery is owned and administered by the City of Evanston and managed by the Evanston Parks and Recreation District. Visitors are welcome on the cemetery grounds during regular business hours, sunrise to sunset.

    5 yurts have been erected and are maintained in a cooperative venture between the Forest Service and Bear River Outdoor Recreation Alliance (BRORA), with regular assistance from local Boy Scout troops.
